PATHETIC! I NEED THIS TO WORK A.S.A.P!

I need this to work today... I've been struggling for a few days now. I didn't know it be such a huge issue to have it to work! And then you need to insert it into a certain device.. I've already Rica'd it, and paid on a different order.... As I didn't know how it was supposed to be Rica'd. Your service is pathetic! I need it to work by 07:00 as I need it for work! I cannot believe that it's such an issue!
