Pathetic, HORRIBLE Service

This Rain has not been raining for 5 days and I take my airtime to call them whereas they all tell me to reset the router, remove the SIM etc. but nothing.

I have been without internet but whenever I speak to them they tell me that on their system it shows no issues. I mean who would waste their precious time & airtime to call Rain?

At this point, I am busy shopping for the better ISP
