Pathetic Helpdesk

Pathetic customer service. Their Helpdesk agents are incredibly under s****ed and have absolutely no knowledge of how anything in IT let alone LTE work... Logged a support call in the beginning of November and have had to escalate 3 times with no resolution. All they keep telling me is that its with their Networking Department.
