Hello Rain

Since 3 months ago I've been having cinstant internet connection issues.

Honestly I thought I would give you a chance but its becoming frustrating.

You contact via your call center or socials and you respond about 2 months later.

Consider a WhatsApp line for better communication.

I dont understand why u have a call center if u been put on hold for days and days.

This is pathetic service. Its not the first time I complain I spoke to a supervisor not so long ago and they advised they will email me their email address if i have issues its been 4 months and im still waiting.

I work night shift and from home so i need internet all the time. This is starting to mess with my work please fix this asap

I definitely think im changing providers.
