Pathetic. Don't waste your money.

So who is going to pay me the extra 2G data I had to buy?

Our Rain Wifi has been off since yesterday. It keeps saying connected without internet. If you restart the device it has internet for about 10min, then it is off again.

We have emailed and logged responses and they have NOT gotten back to us yet. I work from home, so having an internet connection is absolutely vital!!

I had to load 2G data just to get through today, who is going to pay that???

And don't tell me loadshedding, because that is bull****! Loadshedding happens all the time, why would this particular round leave me without internet??

It is weekend now, they are going to drink lekker with the money I have to pay for a service I cannot use, while I have to continue buying data to work throughout the long weekend.

Absolutely pathetic!!

Will NOT recommend this to anyone!
