PATHETIC, DISSAPOINTING SERVICE!!!

After 2 months of being with rain we had realised our sim cards aren't activated and our daughter had to use it urgently for school work on the 18/08. I escalated the matter same day 18/08 & was told they will escalate the matter for the following day as it was a Sunday-understandable. I call back the following day, today 19/08. After speaking to numerous agents from Rain on the same day, to name a few that I recall :Refiloe, Zukisa, Anga and Olwethu,I still did not receive any help what so ever from any of them not even a follow up call as promised by them instead I had to do all the follow ups from literally the morning till 17h00 and these people kept on singing the same song that the matter has been escalated untill now. I have never been so dissapointed in my life with such pathetic service, with the last agent literally laughing at my situation as I was expressing my dissapointment. I am still patiently waiting for this to be resolved. "beauty with brains"
