Pathetic, disappointed and made feel worthless

The worst service ever from Rain Mobile. I app**** for a rain mobile SIM about 2 weeks ago. They approved my application and finally last Thursday Ram couriers came to deliver. I then presented my ID to the lady and she checked it and threw it back at me saying my ID is foreign. Mind you I am a permanent resident of SA so I have an ID that ends with 180 .. This ID was issued at the South African Home affairs.. I then contacted Rain and explained what had happened and one of the managers informed me that they will get Ram to come back with the delivery before close of business same day. I waited and waited but nobody contacted me with regards to the delivery. I then contacted Ram to follow up and I was told that they were informed by Deryll from Rain to cancel the delivery. I picked up my phone immediately and contacted rain and they confirmed this. I then sent a copy of my ID to them and they told me that Ram would be delivering yesterday of which nobody showed up even after Rain had sent me a confirmation email saying that Ram would be delivering. I contacted them again and I was told the logistics department can't deliver cos my ID isn't valid.. I honestly do not know what to do anymore. On the very same day I received my upgrades from MTN and I presented the same ID of which they had no issues with. I don't understand how my ID isn't valid when they Gladly accepted my application and debited my account. Now I am asking for my refund and all I hear is that someone will call me back .. This is by far the most annoying and pathetic service I have ever received from any service provider. Either this company is Anti foreigner or they just have an issue with the fact that the country of birth on my ID is Nigeria. I don't understand but this is crazy. I thought they could be trusted but clearly they just a bunch of *****. I am very disappointed and doubt I will ever be able to do any sort of business with them.. it more annoying cos they couldn't find anything wrong with my ID and still they **** to me over and over again but nothing has been delivered.
