Pathetic Customer Support

On the 23rd of September I called in to give notice on my rain contract under reference number ***, agent advised that she will send through a request and confirmed my last payment will be debited on the 1/10/2022. To my utmost surprise another debit order was processed on the 01/11/2022. This is an urgent plead to refund me with immediate effect!!!!!! To get through to your call center another problem. RAIN phone me as it is costing me to contact your offices. ***
