Pathetic Customer Support

Tired of trying with you guys, your customer support is pathetic and nonexistent and the only place you can get support is on Facebook, and that is even worse, when they dont understand what you are asking and then still get ****y with people because Rain is in the wrong! Cancelled my service on the 30th of June (Along with my other service provider) but Rain apparently only acknowledged this on the 3rd of July and now want to charge me for the month of August, every other provider that I cancelled with on the same day managed to cancel my account but not Rain. And then you cant get hold of anybody to sort this out, and when trying on Facebook the perso tried once and never again after asking numerous times. Please can someone help me with this issue!
