Pathetic customer service!!!WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY

Here I am again and still have not received my refund, according to Lungile Mdlalose he spoke to management 13/12 who requested my banking details to do an EFT which would reflect within 48hrs. Guess according to them I'm a complete fool because my funds still have not come through. Man I am sick of Rain's bull**** stories!!!! Their consultants will laugh at you right in your face when they hear how long you've been struggling with the same query over and over again. So we are a literal joke to them!!!
