Pathetic customer services

I have been emailing for weeks now and getting really frustrated. I don't get any response on when I will get my refund back. The numbers they are giving me doesn't work. I had to cancel my rain5G package because it didn't work at all. **** advertising. They are *****ing my money. I have been asking when I will receive my refund an NO ANSWERS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌. Call yourself a company but ignore people's queries and emails. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still didn't get my refund back. They are really pathetic and a useless company with empty promises.
