Pathetic customer service support

I have been experiencing connectivity issues since 12/05/2025 where my speeds either dip pathetic speeds or I lose all connectivity. I have worked through the AI assistants troubleshooting, phoned the helpline over 4 times and opened 7 tickets. Every time the assistance hasn't solved the problem in the slightest, and I get assured a senior technician will contact me shortly. It's almost a month later and I'm still waiting for that senior technician to contact me. It's unfortunate as I had enjoyed my service until this point and have been overly patient to resolve this issue as I had no issues in the 3 years before that but my patience has reached its limits.
