PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RAIN INTERNET SERVICES.
I have had a rain router for about a year when I first had it there was no issues whatsoever but for the last four months it has been network issue after network issue.
When you report it on their ask rain WHATSAPP platform you get automated responses stating it the issue has been escalated and a rain technical support person will contact you which never happens.
I will not recommend RAIN to anyone and will be canceling my service with them at the end of the month.

And this is after how many calls and your *********** staff either not calling me back or just telling me the signal is strong but there is no signal.

08 Jan 2026, 09:17No thank you I have canceled my subscription with rain it will end January 2026 end of the month I can honestly say this is some of the worst service and customer service I have ever had in my life how RAIN aims to stay in business will be interesting to see.
