Pathetic customer service from Rain

Extremely poor customer service from the support team, Been out of internet service since the 5th and everyday I call in trying to find out why my service is off they tell me to put the sim into my phone and add the apn settings or hard reset my router they even simswaped me promising to have the problem sorted out by end of the 13th of February... still no service still waiting for agents to call me back still waiting to find out what the hell I am paying for 2 weeks no service and they tell me my next full amount is due on the 1st of next month... I have been using rain for the last 3 years or so and now no one can assist.
