Pathetic customer service
Have made several calls and sent several emails to Rain Customer service re: low download speeds (< 2mbps) and dont get any responses from them. I am disgusted to be paying R479 a month for promised 10 mbps and I'm not even getting 20% of that speed. Rain is a *******. I strongly suggest that you stay away from them as an ISP. Pathetic customer service. I will be cancelling with them.
