Pathetic customer service
Rain telecommunication is PATHETIC and WORSE THAN TELKOM.
I have not had connectivity for 3 weeks, they don't answer the phone when you call, they don't reply to emails, all 11 of them, except for an automated message that says, ''WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU'' BUT they never miss deducting their money.
