Pathetic customer service, dishonest service team

Update , received a call from Rain on Friday immediately after my review was posted on hello Peter, I was told they would get back to me the following Monday. Low and behold no one bothered to follow up, no surprises there. Cancelled all my accounts with them. Again Atrocious and appaling service!
