Pathetic customer service
The worst people ever you dont have anyone to communicate with, you send emails to no response. They dont debit my account and i kept asking how should i make payment, i see this month everytime money comes in my account they take it as a purchase 😡😡😡 i am so ****ed right now not sure what to do, no one is calling or even cares to assist 🤞think i should cancel my plan with them they are useless bunch of people 😡😡😡 who the **** has money to be taken anytime that you want 💁♀️

30 May 2025, 08:42So why am i not able to get a debit order on my account instead of a cheque card purchase, you guys could get hold of me for my account details but no debit order is being ran as it should be this is not fair as cheque card purchases they have account go into negative balance.
