Pathetic customer service

Rain customer service is so pathetic! Spend a lot of money on airtime calling them, when you run out, they don't call back. Request support via the app, no-one gets back to you. Send a generic email with a reference but no-one calls or emails. They quick to debit your account but when helping the people that pays they nowhere to be found. I have contacted rain for a full statement, lets see how long they take. I want to cancel my subscription with Rain!!!
