Pathetic customer service

I placed an order for wifi on the 2nd of June and paid for the order. They sent me an sms to schedule my delivery but my order was apparently still in Johannesburg. They called to arrange for 12th June which is 10days later. The guy from CCD arrived when i was at the shop he refused to wait for me. He said he will be back 14th when ccd called they said the 19th they can deliver. The 19th came and the delivery van broke down they promised the 21st now which is 19days after i paid for my order. This company doesn't care about the inconvenience it has caused me. They ignored my request on their support messaging service online to cancel and refund my money because Johannesburg to East london is really not 19days far apart. This is pathetic customer service especially when a customer has already paid for a service in advance. It seems they dont know there are so many other companies offering the same service. I would not recommend anyone to use rain. They will take your money and not give a damn if u have your router.. Thank you CCD courier and Rain for your pathetic service..
