Pathetic Customer Service

Worst service ever....I have been trying to get a simswap for over 3 weeks now, no one got back to me....and i'm still waiting on feedback, but when it comes to debiting their money...they are never late, how the hell can I pay for a service that I'm not making use of....your customer service is the worst in South Africa
