Pathetic customer service

I was told that when my 5g has run out I would get an email notification, but instead they kept billing me. I have asked for assistance on how to set a spend limit because on the app I do not see any option for that. I think Rain is a pathetic service provider especially when coming to customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
