Pathetic customer service

Absolute WORST service I have experienced in my life! Our signal was so POOR I could not even send a whatsapp after they CONFIRMED I would have signal! When I reported it the first time no one came back to me when I reported it the 2nd time and threatened to cancel only then did someone come back to me and even then the sales person was so rude she ended up screaming at me because I was simply trying to explain the situation do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

I have since canceled my account with the and I'm looking forward to the last payment at the end of the month.

I also hear that people are complaining that even if they canceled they continued to charge them for 2 to 3 months I am warning you now if it happens to me I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT!
