Pathetic customer service

Cancelled my rain account in early December early January the router was collected by cdc couriers when i cancelled the app said if any money was owed the router would not be collected to my suprise on sunday they took a double payment from my account since then i have logged ticket after ticket every time receiving an email saying a rain agent will be in contact soon still waiting for that call. The customer service is pathetic

In that case, you meed to allocate my payment for November because i know I paid every month. And also , why was the rooter collected if i have outstanding amounts?
