Pathetic customer service

Worst service! Would not recommend it to anyone. Our WiFi NEVER worked and when we canceled last year in December they had collected the router, I provided them with the RAM courier reference number and still awaiting my refund. When you call it’s always being “confirmed with the logistics department” and they have escalated it. Absolute ******* customer service and the 5G is non-existent.
