Pathetic customer service

Rain is absolutely pathetic and have no sense of customer service. I upgraded to 5g and received a router which stopped working after 3 days, I called 4 times in 3 weeks requesting a new router and kept being told it was being escalated, I eventually cancelled my policy and still being given the run around about the cancellation whilst no effort is being made to give me a new router and having to put up with being insulted by *********** agents telling me I should plug the router for it to work!!! I’m absolutely appalled 😱 your agents are stupid and just absolutely pathetic at customer service, you should stop wasting customers time and close shop.
