Pathetic Customer Service.

I have ordered on the 18th of May 2023 from Rain a Rain One. The courier did not delivery in the allocated time slot. I've arrange with the courier and Rain to deliver to a different address, so someone is there to receive it. Since then no response from Rain nor the courier company, even though i contacted Rain via their website customer service a couple of times. So I have waisted the money since Rain is a no show.
