Pathetic customer service!
They are quick to take your money when placing a order, but the orders don't get sent. After 3 weeks they still cannot tell me when my order will be delivered. They just keep on "escalating" the query, but nothing happens.
Save yourself some time and rather get internet from the little guys like All In One IT Group, than support these useless corporations!
