Pathetic customer service
My router stopped working within 3 weeks. They said they will deliver a new one within 3-5 working days, it’s now day 10 I’m still waiting. Your customer service is terrible!

31 Jan 2024, 12:46I exchanged the router on the 30th January, however the new router has not been activated. My billing has not been adjusted. I called the call centre re the activation, no help received. This is ridiculous honestly!!
