Pathetic customer service.

I have canceled my 5G service on 1 Dec 2021. I received a response from a consultant on the 9th of December to which I immediately rep****. To date I have not received a response to my email or numerous subsequent follow up emails. I called Rain on the 14th December and Nikita mentioned she will get back to me. To my surprise I'm still awaiting her callback. I called again on the 20th Dec and spoke to Tshepo who escalated my query. And to no surprise there's still no response. Service regarding cancelations is Pathetic.
