Pathetic Customer service

My wifi stopped working and logged in a quiry when they called and was answering it dropped just few seconds I logged another ticket no call was followed up by emails saying they can't reach me like what the hell then I called was answered by someone sounding sleepy, tired and uninterested in whatever I was saying I only heard u will get a call and replacement. Rain need to sort out their customer service we are not getting these network connections for free we are paying and we use these wifi for work and it festive season we can't be without wifi. I work with customers daily but the service is wack.
