pathetic Customer service
I am very upset with horrible customer service. I paid last week and it only worked for 1 day since then its been off, what upsets me the most is nobody calls me back after numerous emails sent. I called today 6 times and have still not been assisted with my query. the customer service is truly Pathetic ,im sorry to say this but service is beyond horrible, never have I experienced such frustration just in getting assistance!

16 Mar 2021, 15:57I still have not received any Assistance, do you see what I mean when I said pathetic customer service? nobody has bothered to call , nothing!! WOW this is clear that customer service means nothing to your company. May I have a refund rather please , and I DO NOT want to wait 7days as I had to pay immediately for a service that does not work!! I expect my money back immediately as well!!!!!!
