Pathetic Customer Service

If I could give Rain zero stars I would Thier service is pathetic I cannot log into my account and when I try reset my password I don't get the link Been struggling for 3 months so cannot update my details and the people on the phone are absolutely useless I hate Rain Cheap internet is not worth this headache!
