Pathetic company - Never buy anything from these guys

I don't even think they deserve a star at all.

I ordered a new service from this pathetic company. They take your money same time when u order and then they were taking too long to get the service delivered, so I eventually decided to cancel. To date, nobody has even tried to make any attempt to communicate with me, it's like nobody exists at the company. I have called and I have sent over 21 emails to them. Now they have my card details on their system, and they will continue to bill me, since they still haven't cancelled even though I haven't received anything from them. I had to eventually order a Fibre line from a different company. Now I will be paying for a service I don't have and the new Fibre line from a different company coz there is no option to remove my card details.

I have never in my life experienced such pathetic service. I have to now spend money on lawyers fees to try to get this resolved since they just don't care and as long as they have your money.

And the beauty part is that I was referred by someone to buy their service, I will make sure I tell everyone I know never to deal with this company called Rain, they the worst and I will make sure to market this.

I am so disgusted and bitter about this whole thing coz if the payment don't go thru, then they will now do things like list you as a bad payer, etc, etc... I can't believe that no manager has even tried to contact me as yet. Like is said, I sent over 21 emails, I called in and asked to speak to a manager a few times and I was put on hold until my airtime ran out.... The most putret service on the planet
