Pathetic Communication & Mediocre Service Overall(Or the worst service)

We placed an order on October 14, 2023, and, unsurprisingly, it has not been delivered. We cancelled that order and placed another one on October 27, 2023, and yet it still hasn't been delivered. This is a complete joke. They advertise a 2-5 working day delivery, which is utterly misleading and will be escalated. This is probably the worst telecommunications company I have ever dealt with. It's honestly ridiculous, and no one is making any effort. They "allegedly" tried to call me as per the email, which I personally think is utter nonsense. I responded back within one minute, and here I am, still waiting like an idiot.
