Pathetic client services, empty promises

I called rain 9 times yesterday they asked me to pay for the 4g unlimited card I did that, I was promised to he called back for the card to be activated for school on Monday, 9 calls later no calls no activation but they have my money, ABSOLUTELY pathetic client services
