Pathetic

Pathetic poor service from rain. 4th time in month I have been disconnected while working. I am having to buy data from other service providers in order to work done. Their customer support department is just as useless. On the 2 occasions that I have called in and asked questions as to what is happening, why is the tower down, how long will it be down for... I get a "I DO NOT KNOW" answer. Why put people on a service desk in order to tell us they do not know? I ask to be moved to another tower but still they cant do that. Its not even its long time that rain has been in business and already their equipment is constantly failing? So pathetic
