PATHETIC! BLATANTLY MISLEADING AND IGNORING QUERIES

I ordered my data sim on the 17th of May and was due to receive it on the 22nd. The delivery guy did not come and I contacted support, all they did was give me a ticket number that they are not attending to. I contacted them and said I want a refund and they can keep their sim card it's fine but still no response ☹️. I don't know how to contact them anymore
