Pathetic billing system

In dec I made two payments towards my account for January like this: 24th December 2024 - R318.25 27th December 2024 - R318.25 On 3rd Feb I made a payment of R670 via eft and now rain is telling me that I owe them R670 for the amount of Feb which I paid. My internet is cut off and nobody can give me a straight answer as to why I have no internet access. I asked the agent I spoke to to reverse this amount and cancel my services with rain and he confirmed that the amount I paid for Feb will be reversed into my account so please tell me if they can see this amount I paid why are my services cut off?
