Pathetic Bad Service

After countless phonecalls to Rain and after 3 full weeks still I do not have access to Wifi. They promised they were attending to my issue here on hallopeter and I never got as much as a phone call from them . I have called almost everyday using more that R100 airtime everyday and they never answer their customer service line. Rain is Pathetic , they are ********** and still peoples money. I will never recommend them to anyone. I have been a loyal customer to them for three years now and this is how they repay customer loyalty. Rain you are pathetic believe me you, your day will come. you take peoples money , your call centre staff is clueless. The only thing you know is debit peoples money like you are obviously going to do on the 15 whereas the whole month I did not receive any service from you. Pathetic Gangsters.
