Pathetic
So our company went a open an account with Rain, because it is month to month. We paid our fees ect. Was assured the product will be delivererd today 4/06/2022, 11 o clock. But suddenly everything chance and they do not deliver as promised. No w ou rain sit with our money and we have not got our product to work to start our work. Maybe we must send you a bill for all the work we are losing during this waiting for you to honor the promises of delivery. Rather under promise and over deliver. And trying to get hold or you agent imposible....Thanks for ruining our working weekend....

18 Jun 2022, 10:51Do not worry, we sorted the problem out ourselves. Please take your sales person here in Pta for training. She was very quick to do the sale, but never even reply when there was a problem with her dates for delivery. If one of my ssles persons did this they will be in hot water.
