Pathetic, awful, useless and *********** service

Pathetic, useless and honestly *********** service.

I have had the WIFI for 5 years and it worked decently, I only use it for my phone and netflix, but the past year it basically works on and off. I have called customer services a few times and their response is reset remove the sim and restart. After that did not work they checked the nearest tower which is 1.5km away which I believe is okay as the vodacom tower is much further and my hotspot always works. They said to me to move closer to the tower which is in the middle of basically nothing.

I have received absolutely **** customer service from rain and with absolutely no feasible solutions and it is always my fault I am not close enough to a tower or I did not reset it correctly
