Pathetic and Poor Services from RAIN - Stay Away from their 4G and 5G Packages because it's all a ****

I won't suggest anyone in South Africa to sign-up with RAIN for their 5G Services. I opt for their Rain 5G Home Standard Services and upgraded to their Premium Services however, their is pathetic. At first, I got speeds of 400mbps DL and 30mbps UL in October which was the month I started to use their services but now in November from the 1st, the internet works intermittently. It shows that the 5G Signal is on but their is NO INTERNET. The worse part is, that RAIN doesn't give a ****. All they care about is the funds.

We logged more than 5 tickets already but RAIN hasn't contacted us once, not even an email. I mean really now. They only give you a glimpse of fast speeds for the first month of signing up and after the first month, they THROTTLE you like ****ing hell. Your 5G Router will show it's ON but there will be NO INTERNET ACCESS. That is ****ed up. We are also a business and because of RAIN, we lost many clients as well as business due to having NO INTERNET which is Unacceptable. We contacted MyBroadband and informed them about the issue plus we contacted our lawyers to take further action against RAIN. We will subpoena RAIN for all the clients ans business that we've lost so far.

How the **** can RAIN 5G Premium be so ****ing slow? I mean what the hell can you do with 10mbps Download Speed and 0.23mbps Upload Speed on RAIN 5G Premium Services?

This is really unacceptable because we lost so many clients and business because of RAIN. They don't even give a **** to get in touch with us. They don't even bother to call or send an email...really now?

This is the worst ISP in South Africa and we regret that we even opt for RAIN 5G. They didn't learned from their ****ing mistakes with RAIN 4G, now how the **** will they be able to solve the issues with RAIN 5G?

If you are looking for an ISP, I would suggest any other ISP except RAIN because they are a bunch of ****ers that doesn't care, that's only good in ******** all South Africans.

As a Company, we are not going to pay any outstanding fee or fees unless they solve the issue with our RAIN 5G PREMIUM permanently. Otherwise, they must just come and collect their ****ed up RAIN 5G Router and shuv it up their **** asses.

We hate signing up to RAIN 5G.

If any South African out there reads this review, stay away as far as possible from RAIN whether you want 4G or 5G, just stay away and sign up with any other ISP in South Africa doesn't matter if you pay more, but RAIN services will be a huge disappointment for you. Just stay away from them because they are a bunch of ****ed up ********!!!

They will THROTTLE you a lot, they will even switch off your Internet without you knowing it and share it with a new client that just signed up. They are a bunch of USELESS ****S!!!

We will definitely cancel our RAIN 5G Premium Services if they won't SOLVE our ISSUE this week!!!
