Pathetic and poor service

Still haven’t received any response after I sent an email since Monday and I also reported it here on Hello Peter but still, your service is pathetic and extremely poor I lost my simcard and I asked if I can get it replaced and block the other one I had cause someone must’ve been using it and I already paid for this month.
