PATHETIC AND NON-EXISTENT INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER FOR FOURWAYS

15 Oct 2021 - Request #***: Support request sent to Rain to indicate that there was no Rain internet since the 14 Oct 2021 and I had already reset the router as suggested. Assistance was requested on what else should be done to ensure that I could get internet. 22 Oct 2021 - Response from Rain via email only was that their records show that I was now connected. No telephone call to me to find out if I actually was connected. I was STILL NOT CONNECTED. I responded to the ticket that I still DID NOT HAVE INTERNET and that it is completely unacceptable that I only get a response after a week. No follow up was received from Rain at all to find out if I had received internet as yet. 4 Nov 2021 - Request# ***1 - Request for cancellation was sent in to Rain to due no internet services and no support being provided. 11 Nov 2021 - Response received from Robert Chipasula to apologize for the delay in response due to high queue volumes and wanting to find out if I had been assisted. I responded to say that I had not and wished to cancel my services. 29 Nov 2021 - NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM RAIN SO I HAD TO CALL TO FOLLOW UP - *** - Sakhile Madlala took the call and apologized for the delay and would find out from Robert why I hadn't been assisted with the cancellation. Apparently they escalated the matter. 1 Dec 2021 - NO FOLLOW UP RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM RAIN AT ALL SO I AGAIN HAD TO CALL TO FOLLOW UP - *** - Ayanda Coka took the call and apologized for the delays. Would submit my request for cancellation and the accounts department of Rain would contact me with regards thereto and I would receive notification from Rain to collect the router AND confirm cancellation. 3 Dec 2021 - NO COMMUNICATIONS IN ANY FORM HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM RAIN. I am still being charged for internet that has NOT been available since the 15 Oct 2021. I keep having to call to follow up on the case with **** PROMISES of a cancellation that will be processed and communications from Rain. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES AND NO RAIN CONNECTION IN FOURWAYS! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!
