Pathetic and no follow up

Useless when it comes to their billing department no follow ups no mails and no calls even after we made arrangements and it was agreed upon we have keep following up ourselves as they are obvioisly not interested in maintaining and keeping their clients, i can easily move to another provider but havent had a reason to do so, maybe this year its time to move on
