Pathetic all around

Pathetic service cancelled with Rain called about 6 times where I was stilled billed via debit order but was no longer with Rain confirmed that my money will be refunded withing 7 to 10 working days its been more than a month no refund nor a call from anyone at Rain pathetic service all around all these people giving high rating of Rain is probably staff member don't be filled people I'm tired of waiting on a call now they can keep their money they will lose it in 7 fold can't run a company the way they are running it now.. Who ever joins Rain be sure your going to be paying for the service 2 months after you cancel with them.
