Pathetic after sales service!!!

I have been trying to cancel my account for the past month. I received a call 2 weeks ago from one of their representatives stating he would call me back as he needed to confirm with his manager. I have to date still received no correspondence after 4 attempts to try and contact them. Their sales team is quick to sell a product however any support needed is absolutely pathetic.
