PATHETIC AFTER SALE SERVICE

My 73 year old mother got the 5G router and sim. Delivered by Ram, been 4 days now and still not activated. She logged a ticket only to get called by a rude and *********** person. They are quick to take money like all the other sharks, but provides basically NO SERVICE. GET THIS MATTER SORTED ASAP, OR IT WILL ESCALATE INTO ANOTHER COURT CASE FOR YOU.
