PATHETIC

Worst product I have come across. I have great signal but i nearly always have only 1-5 meg speeds when I should get 30mbps. Requested a support call twice, logged a ticket as well and nothing came of it. I eventually dialed the number and stayed on the line but support couldn't do anything for me. Had to even hotspot on my mobile for an online meeting. Can't even do a WhatsApp call. I want my money back. This really is a pathetic and ridiculous product. Should be removed. Rather just buy data or get the normal fibre line.
